Halal product certification plays a strategic role in providing certainty, safety, and comfort for Muslim tourists, while also strengthening the competitiveness of tourist destinations internationally. This study aims to examine the urgency of halal certification for products in tourist destinations and its implications for the realization of global halal tourism. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach using secondary data that describes the conditions of tourism visits and halal products in Banyuwangi Regency. The findings indicate that halal certification is not only an instrument of legal certainty and consumer trust but also a global branding strategy that can increase added value, expand market reach, and strengthen Indonesia's position in the global halal tourism arena. Therefore, accelerating halal product certification in tourist destinations, especially in Banyuwangi Regency, is an important step in realizing sustainable halal tourism.
2025-11-17T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://proceedings.kopertais4.or.id/index.php/ancoms/article/view/688Harmonizing The Values of Love and Tolerance in Combating Child Marriage2026-01-08T07:32:11+00:00Irzak Yuliardy Nugrohoardhiesjb@gmail.com
Child marriage remains a persistent issue in Probolinggo Regency, posing risks to children’s well-being and raising complex legal, religious, and socio-cultural challenges. This study aims to explore how the values of love and tolerance in Islamic law, along with local wisdom, can be harmonized to address the practice of child marriage. Employing a normative-empirical approach, the research analyzes classical and contemporary Islamic legal sources, especially through the lens of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah and integrates field data gathered from interviews and observations. Findings reveal that child marriage in the region is often driven by economic hardship, cultural norms, and religious misinterpretation. Islamic law, when viewed contextually, offers a strong foundation for child protection as a central objective. Moreover, local wisdom that emphasizes social harmony, compassion, and deliberation serves as a potential entry point for legal reconstruction. The discussion proposes a model of harmonization between Islamic legal principles and cultural practices, rooted in love and tolerance, as a strategic solution to reduce child marriage. The study recommends community-based legal education that integrates religious values and cultural sensitivity to prevent child marriage effectively.
2025-11-17T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://proceedings.kopertais4.or.id/index.php/ancoms/article/view/689Eco-Mysticism as a Basis for Water Conservation in Sendang Tawun Ngawi2026-01-08T07:32:17+00:00Nur Kasanahnur.febi@uinponorogo.ac.idHilmi F aizurrahman25030234023@mhs.unesa.ac.idMuhammad Husain As Sajjad2102046021@student.walisongo.ac.id
Water conservation amid the climate crisis requires a holistic approach based on eco-mysticism that integrates ecological knowledge with cultural and spiritual values. This study examines the role of local eco-mysticism as a basis for water conservation at Sendang Tawun, Ngawi. The research focuses on ritual practices and local beliefs of the Tawun community in preserving water sources. The aim is to understand the relationship between mystical rituals, customary prohibitions, and environmental conservation efforts. The method employed is qualitative research with a case study approach through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data were obtained from traditional leaders, local communities, officials, vendors, and visitors. The findings show that local eco-mysticism is manifested through the Keduk Beji ritual and prohibitions against taking turtles, fish, and plants from the spring area. These beliefs are grounded in ancestral reverence, faith in spiritual guardians, and fear of misfortune. Such practices have proven effective in sustaining water sources, preserving traditions, and promoting tourism-based economies. In the context of Islamic boarding school education, fostering student behavior is an important aspect, and one of the distinctive values of Islamic boarding schools that can be utilized in fostering behavior is andhap asor. This study aims to find out how Andhap Asor is instilled as a strategy for shaping student behavior. It also examines how the reinforcement and development of Andhap Asor behavior are maintained. This study was conducted using a qualitative field approach, collecting data from informants, namely Kiai, administrators, and students at the Raudlatul Ulum Palongan Islamic Boarding School, Bluto District, through interviews and documentation, which were then analyzed using Huberman's data analysis method. The findings of the study are as follows. First, behavioral training is carried out through the initial stage of theory transfer as a form of stimulus, then reinforced through the reinforcement process and continued continuously with the creation of an environment that reflects the values of Andhap Asor. Second, the Andhap Asor culture developed in Islamic boarding schools is framed in Islamic values, which are instilled through a structured habituation process. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the behavioral guidance of students at Islamic boarding schools through behavioral counseling strategies can be effective by integrating Andhap Asor values as a cultural foundation. Thus, this strategy not only shapes behavior technically, but also instills character in accordance with the noble values of Islamic boarding schools.
2025-11-19T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://proceedings.kopertais4.or.id/index.php/ancoms/article/view/730The Relevance Of Islamic Education In The Digital Era2026-01-08T07:40:07+00:00Titin Nurhidayatititinnurhidayati@uas.ac.idRofiatul Hosnarofiatulhosna@unhasy.ac.idM. Employing Fazlur Rahman’s hermeneutical method, Jasser Auda’s systems-based maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, and Hans Küng’s global ethic, this research analyzes four key verses: QS al-Anbiyā’ [21]:107, al-Ḥujurāt [49]:13, al-Baqarah [2]:256, and al-Mumtaḥanah [60]:8–9. Classical exegesis (al-Ṭabarī and Ibn Kathīr) is compared with Nusantara exegesis represented by Hamka, Quraish Shihab, and Mahmud Yunus to identify the shift from theological interpretation toward social praxis. The findings show that Tafsir Nusantara articulates a contextual and transformative Qur’anic social ethic. Raḥmah emerges as a normative foundation for justice, equality, and respect for diversity, while tasāmuḥ affirms religious freedom and peaceful coexistence. The integration of Rahman’s, Auda’s, and Küng’s theoretical frameworks constructs a universal, humanistic, and globally oriented Qur’anic ethical paradigm. These results demonstrate that Nusantara-rooted interpretations have significant potential to actualize the principle of raḥmatan lil-‘ālamīn within plural societies and to strengthen a culture of religious moderation
2025-11-22T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://proceedings.kopertais4.or.id/index.php/ancoms/article/view/773Pasar Segoro Campurejo2026-01-08T07:44:13+00:00Muhammad Nashihinnasihin@iai-tabah.ac.idBayu Pratama Korantalagabayupratama@iai-tabah.ac.idShofwatul Qolbiyahshofwaqolbiyah944@gmail.com
This study explores the Segoro Campurejo Market as a representation of coastal epistemology that reflects the social, economic, cultural, and educational dynamics of coastal communities.
